Attendance & Leave Policy
-
Students must maintain at least 80% attendance during the academic year to be eligible
to appear for the final examination. This requirement may be relaxed only on
valid medical grounds.
-
No leave of absence will be granted without a prior written application from parents or guardians.
Leave requests must be submitted in advance and should clearly state the reason.
-
Half-day leave will only be granted in case of illness.
-
Uninformed absence for five consecutive days may lead to the student’s
name being struck off the school rolls. Re-admission may be granted only
after payment of a fresh admission fee.
-
A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease
must submit a doctor’s certificate confirming that the student is fit to attend school.
